The registration fee includes access to scientific sessions, congress abstracts CD, congress programme book, certificates of attendance, congress bags and name badges.

It is required to submit the online registration form and send a copy of the bank transfer receipt or the credit card authorization form to K2 Conference and Event Management Co. in order to have your registration confirmed. Registration applications submitted only by the online registration form, bank transfer receipt or credit card authorization form will not be confirmed and will be placed on a waiting list.

IMPORTANT!!
Please note that 50 Euro entrance fee per person per day will be charged for participants who book an hotel other than the main congress hotel or book the congress hotel through other sources rather than K2 Conference & Event Management-which is stipulated by the congress venue. The payment should be made in advance. This amount includes the services in the congress meeting package which are not included in the “all inclusive” system of the hotel. The charges for these meeting package services have already been included in the accommodation prices of the congress organizing secretariat. So when the hotel reservation is made through K2 Conference & Event Management, this entrace fee will not be charged as an extra payment.

  Cancellation Policy for Registration :
  

• Registration payments less the bank transfer expenses will be refunded if written cancellation is received by K2 Conference and Event Management Co. before or on June 1, 2010.
  
• For cancellations received between June 1 – July 1, 2010, full refund less a 50% of registration fee will be refunded.
  
• Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations made after July 1, 2010.
  
• All refunds will be made after the congress.
