Official Language
The official language of the congress is Turkish. Simultaneous translation (English/Turkish and Turkish/English) will be provided according to the scientific programme.
Registration and Info Desk
Registration and Information desk will be open everyday during the congress between 07:00 A.M. and 19:00 P.M. at Rixos Sungate Hotel.
Name Badges
All participants and accompanying persons are required to carry their name badges throughout the congress, particularly during their entrance to the congress center, at the scientific sessions, exhibition and poster areas, and during all scheduled social activities to ensure the safe and smooth flow of the congress.
Accreditation
The congress is accredited by Turkish Medical Association with Continuing Medical Education credit points. Accreditation forms will be placed in congress bags.
Exhibition Area
The pharmaceutical companies and medical equipment companies will be able to exhibiting their products at the exhibition area at the congress venue. The exhibition will be open during whole congress.
Invitation Letter
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to attend the congress can write to the Organizing Secretariat. This procedure is designated to assist participants to obtain a visa or permission to attend the meeting and does not imply a commitment to provide any financial support.
Educational Courses
Educational courses in the congress scientific programme will be held by the Turkish Foundation of Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery. Detailed information regarding registration, topics and speakers will be announced by newsletters and from the congress website.
Certificates of Attendance, Congress Abstracts Book, Congress Programme Book and Congress Abstracts CD
Certificates of attendance will be distributed to all registered participants at the end of the congress from the registration desk.
Congress abstracts book, congress program book and congress abstracts CD will be placed in the congress bags.
