Please note that 4 nights accommodation is required on minimum basis for the mentioned period. For extra nights outside this period will be charged on per night basis.
IMPORTANT!!
Please note that 60 Euro + VAT (currently 18%) entrance fee per person per day will be charged for participants who book an hotel other than the main congress hotel or book the congress hotel through other sources rather than K2 Conference & Event Management-which is stipulated by the congress venue. The payment should be made in advance. This amount includes the food and beverage services available within the congress venue premises which also allow the guests benefit from the other facilities of the hotel besides the meeting facilities. |
It is required to submit the online registration & accommodation form and send a copy of the bank transfer receipt or the credit card authorization form to K2 Conference and Event Management Co. in order to have your registration and/or accommodation confirmed. Registration and/or accommodation applications submitted only by the online registration & accommodation form, bank transfer receipt or credit card authorization form will not be confirmed and will be placed on a waiting list.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations have to be done in writing to the Congress Organizing Secretariat.
All refunds will be made after the congress.
Cancellation Policy for Registration
- Registration payments less the bank transfer expenses will be refunded if cancellation in writing is received by K2 Conference and Event Management Co. before or on June 1, 2012
- For cancellations received between June 1 – July 1, 2012, full refund less a 50% of registration fee will be refunded.
- Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations made after July 1, 2012.
Cancellation Policy for Accommodation
- Registration payments less the bank transfer expenses will be refunded if cancellation in writing is received by K2 Conference and Event Management Co. before or on June 1, 2012
- For cancellations received between June 1 – July 1, 2012, full refund less one night room rate will be refunded.
- Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations made after July 1, 2012.
