GENERAL INFORMATION
Congress Dates and Venue
34th Turkish National Congress of Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery will be held between October 10-14, 2012 in Rixos Sungate Hotel, Antalya, Turkey.

Official Language
The official language of the congress is Turkish. Simultaneous translation (English/Turkish and Turkish/English) will be provided according to the scientific programme.
Registration and Info Desk
Registration and information desk(s) will be open everyday during the congress between 07:00 A.M. and 19:00 P.M. at Rixos Sungate Hotel.
Name Badges
All participants and accompanying persons are required to carry their name badges throughout the congress, particularly during their entrance to the congress center, at the scientific sessions, exhibition and poster areas, and during all scheduled social activities to ensure the safe and smooth flow of the congress.
Accreditation
The congress is accredited by Turkish Medical Association with Continuing Medical Education credit points. Accreditation forms will be available in the congress bags.
Exhibition Area
The pharmaceutical companies and medical equipment companies will be able to exhibiting their products at the exhibition area at the congress venue. The exhibition will be open during whole congress.
Invitation Letter
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to attend the congress can write to the Organizing Secretariat. This procedure is designated to assist participants to obtain a visa or permission to attend the congress and does not imply a commitment to provide any financial support.
Educational Courses
Turkish Foundation of Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery will be organizing educational courses in the scientific programme of the congress. Course registration, subjects and speakers will be announced on the website of the congress and on the website of Turkish Foundation of Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery.
Certificates of Attendance, Congress Programme Book and Congress Abstract CDs
Certificates of attendance will be distributed to all registered participants at the end of the congress at the registration desk(s). Congress programme book and Congress abstracts cd will be available in the congress bags.
