On behalf of the entire organizing committee, it is our great honor to inform you that the International Congress of ORL-HNS 2024 (ICORL 2024) will be held on 18th - 21st April 2024, at Suwon Convention Center, Korea. ICORL 2024 will take place in conjunction with the 98th Annual Congress of Korean Society of Otorhinolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and the 2024 Spring Meeting of Korean Association of Otorhinolaryngologists.

We will invite hundreds of doctors related professionals, and researchers to discuss new and exciting developments and important discoveries in the field of otorhinolaryngology-head & neck surgery.

In this regard, the organizing committee would like to propose the Turkish Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Society as a speaker for each session in ICORL 2024, which would be a privilege to have you in the scientific program.

ICORL 2024 will present opportunities for leading experts all over the world including you, to gather and strengthen the international status of research through networking and sharing the latest knowledge.

It would be highly appreciated if you could let us know your availability at your earliest convenience. We hope that you could accept our proposal, as we know that the Turkish Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Society’s participation would make the program fruitful and meaningful. The scientific committee of the ICORL 2024 will review and select highly rated proposals that contribute to a balanced and comprehensive program.

As part of the proposal, we ask you to recommend speakers from your society & a detailed outline of the session by providing the below information:

l  A list of 4-5 Speakers, who will be included in appropriate sessions

(Full Name, Affiliation(current), Nation, E-mail address, and Tentative lecture title are needed)

l  Alternatively, you can propose a 90-minute session composed of 4-5 speakers including a Chairperson.

(Session Title, Full Name, Affiliation(current), Nation, E-mail address, Tentative lecture title and role are needed)

For Chairperson/Speakers, you will be offered (up to 5 people):

l  Accommodation (*up to 3 nights)

l  Complimentary Registration

l  Free participation in Social Events

The organizing committee of ICORL 2024 thank you in advance for contributing your time and knowledge to craft this proposal.
