Dear Representative of an AAO-HNSF International Corresponding Society,

Greetings to our friends and colleagues around the world.

We hope that you plan to attend the AAO-HNSF 2015 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPOSM in Dallas, TX, where, as we do every year, the Academy holds an International Assembly to congregate all international attendees and stakeholders under one roof to raise and discuss the issues of the day that matter most to the specialty. This year, the International Assembly takes place Sunday, September 27 at 15:30 - 17:30 in the Trinity Ballroom 5 & 6 of the Omni Dallas Hotel.

We have a very tight schedule, but if your Society has an important announcement to make during the proceedings (e.g., an upcoming event or announcing an award recipient), please let me know and we will explore the possibility of allotting time to your delegates to speak during the Assembly.
